Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence

This month at the Pheasant Inn, Kielder has definitely been one to remember. Not only have we had some of the most glorious sunny weather but we've also just found out that we have been awarded the Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence for the second year in a row!

We were even more proud when we realised that this award is only given to the top 10% of businesses listed with Trip Advisor. Trip Advisor describe it as 'an award given to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveller reviews'. To say that we are 'over the moon' would be an understatement.
